Good to know
A few things
you might be wondering.
How orders, payments and hand-offs work.
What happens if an item is unavailable?
The supplier confirms availability first. If something is missing, the customer can accept a replacement, remove the item or cancel. The final total is agreed before payment.
Who receives the customer’s payment?
Customers pay their reseller directly through GCash. SaDuol does not receive or hold customer payments.
Does SaDuol store or deliver products?
The reseller arranges delivery or collection with the customer. SaDuol connects shops and supplier catalogues; it does not store products or operate a delivery service.
